Airsoft Guns Law In The UK
Written by marc on February 3rd, 2008I’ve been reading about the law for airsoft guns here in the UK and I found this on Yahoo groups:
“To allow airsofters to easily continue buying and selling guns most organised sites are now offering membership schemes (often with ID cards) which allow sellers to verify that an individual is a regular player. In addition to this the UK Airsoft Retailers Association (UKARA) has implemented a database of registered skirmishers in order to give further protection to its members. You can only be added to this database by applying through the site of which you are a member, and UKARA affiliated retailers will only sell RIF’s to people who are on the database. Despite what some sources will tell you, there is NO legal requirement to be included on this database, or indeed, to be a member of a site.”
Personally I think its very sad that it has come to this,
What do you guys think about this? Is it fair/unfair?
